    PQ is measurement of the strength of your positive mental muscles (Sage) compared to the negative (Saboteur). It is about acting from a state of regulation or dysregulation, which is our “fight or flight” response. In a world filled with stressors, sometime’s we don’t even know we are functioning in that way - it is below our level on consciousness. Practicing PQ and making a shift to support your Sage allows you to rewire your brains response to stress and trauma; it allows you to respond from a place of calm, confidence, and clarity.

  • The postpartum journey is a deeply transformative and transitional time, navigating, mothering, being a spouse, potentially working, and caring for yourself. For many of us this transition can be challenging, and we can experience what I call “Motherhood Burnout.” Trying to juggle all of the tasks we believe are expected of us can become numbing and cause us to loose ourselves.
