I combine an integrative, personalized, whole-person approach that I personally lived. I understand what it means to be a mother and all that comes with that. After I became a mother, my perspective shifted on health and wellness and how to care for my children and myself. I understand that health is a journey and not a bandaid fix. I’m all about meeting you where you are to help you thrive. I’m honest, transparent, and truly here to help you. As a functional pharmacist, I blend knowledge of both conventional and holistic practices combined with my own lived experiences to provide a comprehensive package of support leading to positive outcomes and results.

What is functional medicine?
What are gestational complications? Do I need to have a diagnosis to work with you?
Functional medicine is a biology based, patient-centretic approach that focuses on the root-cause of your symptoms/disease diagnosis, instead of mearly treating the symptoms. It is a whole-person approach that looks at a patient’s genetics, detailed labs, lifestyle, nutrition, and environment to restore balance and fix dysfunction within your body. It is an integrative approach including both conventional and holistic treatment plans.
1 in 5 pregnancies are affected by a complication. Gestational complications include medical issues that affect a pregnant women or fetus. The include but not limited to: miscarriages, gestational hypertension, gestational diabetes, hyperemesis gravidarum, infections, anemia, and mental health conditions like depression and anxiety.
No, you do not need a diagnosis of a gestational complication to work together. One of my goals is to educate all women, especially in preconception, so that if you are diagnosed, you are prepared and confident in your designs and care.
