I was you.
So I built this.
Can we be honest for a second? When I was younger, so much of my energy went into not getting pregnant — does that track for you too? Nobody sat me down and said “hey, here’s everything you need to do to actually prepare your body for pregnancy when the time comes.” That conversation simply didn’t exist.
And then when we did try to get pregnant, we experienced a miscarriage around 12 weeks. Once we conceived, I struggled with excessive weight gain, gestational hypertension which progressed into preeclampsia and a traumatic birth, followed by postpartum anxiety and PTSD. So needless to say, I found out the hard way how much that preparation matters.
I also experienced firsthand the minimized amount of care women receive during the postpartum period. The system handed me prescriptions and a four and six-week OB/GYN visit before being told to follow up with other practitioners for care. I don’t call that care. I had so many questions and I couldn’t find real answers in the conventional system.
So I started figuring it out myself. And I want to share what I’ve learned in a way that’s accurate yet simple. Because let’s be honest: if it’s not simple, I’ll get overwhelmed and I probably won’t stick to it either.
“I built what I wished I had — education, community, and real support that meets women before, during, and after pregnancy. Not just for the nine months in between.”
PharmD, CFMP, CPNE, CPNS — and most importantly, a mom
The Problem
Our society focuses on the nine months.
We focus on all of it.
The preconception period — the months and years before pregnancy — is one of the most powerful windows we have to influence gestational outcomes, a baby’s long-term health, and a mother’s future wellbeing. And we almost never talk about it.
The postpartum period is one of the most vulnerable periods in a woman’s life, yet we expect one to two visits to suffice in her healing and recovery journey. Personalized care can make all the difference in how that mother enters motherhood.
Preconception
We spend so many years focused on not getting pregnant that when we’re ready, we don’t know where to start. Preconception health directly shapes gestational complications, your baby’s health, and your own future wellbeing — and almost nobody is talking about this.
Pregnancy
The system gives you 15 minutes and a pamphlet. You deserve a complete picture — what your labs are actually telling you, how to advocate for yourself, and how to build a care team that truly sees you as a whole person, not just a gestational age.
Postpartum
The postpartum period is minimized. The care for mom during this time is minimal. A six-week clearance and “you’re good to go” is not a recovery plan. You matter beyond the delivery. Your healing matters. And you deserve real support for it.

The Mission
We were never meant to do this alone.
I think we can all agree — motherhood is one of the most profound things a person can experience. And yet we send women into it with a prenatal vitamin, a stack of unsolicited advice, and a system that checks out at six weeks postpartum.
That’s not a village. That’s survival.
Mom2Moms exists to change that. My goal is to educate both mothers and providers — so we can all work as a team to ensure mom and baby get the best possible outcomes. Because I genuinely believe we deserve that. All of us. You deserve that.
So come in. Pull up a chair. Ask the questions you’ve been afraid to ask. This is your village.
